Oramod is an independent photography-product company based in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

This page explains the terms governing use of the Oramod website, how personal information is handled, the terms of Forma Founder Reservations, and Oramod’s intellectual-property rights.

Forma remains under development. Product specifications, materials, included accessories, compatibility, pricing, manufacturing methods, appearance, and estimated availability may change before final production.

Founder Reservation Policy

A Forma Founder Reservation reserves access to the Founder purchase offer. It is not the purchase of a completed Forma product.

The reservation amount will be applied toward the final purchase price when Founder ordering becomes available.

Refundability

Founder Reservations are fully refundable until the reservation is converted into a completed Forma product purchase.

Refund requests may be submitted through the Oramod contact page or by email at:

Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Reservation Limitations

A Founder Reservation does not guarantee:

• A specific serial number

• A specific production position

• A fixed delivery date

• A particular configuration

• Continued product availability

• Unchanged product specifications

• Unchanged manufacturing or launch schedules

Oramod will make reasonable efforts to provide Founder customers with accurate product and launch information.

If Oramod cancels the Founder offer or is unable to offer the reserved product, the reservation payment will be refunded.

Product Orders, Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Detailed shipping, return, and warranty terms will be provided before completed Forma products become available for purchase.

Any terms shown at checkout or on the applicable product page will form part of the purchase agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Product Use and Accuracy

Forma is an optical framing, composition, and visualization aid.

Framelines, field-of-view representations, parallax indicators, close-focus markings, and related features are intended to assist photographers. They may not reproduce the final recorded image with absolute precision in every situation.

Accuracy may be affected by factors including:

• Camera and viewfinder position

• Eye position

• Subject distance

• Focusing distance

• Lens design

• Camera format

• Film-gate or ground-glass dimensions

• Manufacturing tolerances

• Mounting position

• Individual equipment configuration

Users are responsible for confirming composition, compatibility, secure mounting, and appropriate operation with their own equipment.

Oramod is not responsible for missed photographs, composition differences, film costs, processing costs, lost opportunities, data loss, or damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or insecure mounting.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website is owned by or licensed to Oramod.

Protected content may include:

ORAMOD, FORMA, SEE. SEEK. SHOOT., associated logos, product names, and distinctive branding are trademarks or claimed trademarks of Oramod.

Their appearance on this website does not grant permission for their use.

Third-party company names, camera names, product names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party equipment are for compatibility, identification, or informational purposes only.
